These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 999p platform — including all gaming products, financial transactions, promotional offers, and account management features. Please read carefully before using any 999p service.
In these Terms, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2.1 By accessing 999p.site, creating an Account, or using any service offered by 999p, you irrevocably accept these Terms in full. Acceptance is effective from the moment you first interact with the platform, regardless of whether you have formally completed the registration process.
2.2 These Terms are supplemented by specific rules applicable to individual game types, promotional offers, and payment methods, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific product rules, the specific product rules shall prevail in respect of the matter to which they specifically relate.
2.3 999p reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14. Continued use of the platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.4 If you are accessing 999p on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
3.1 To register and maintain an Account on 999p, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:
3.2 During registration, you must provide complete and accurate personal information, including your full legal name as per your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly in the event of any change.
3.3 999p reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided during or after registration, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs generated for your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. 999p shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.3 You must notify 999p immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.4 999p reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the Account holder has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity has been conducted through the Account; (c) the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3; or (d) continued Account access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
4.5 Upon Account closure, whether initiated by the Player or by 999p, any outstanding real-money Gaming Balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding disputes, AML holds, or suspected fraud flags.
5.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit on 999p is PKR 100. Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20 (subject to availability at the time of deposit). 999p charges no fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 999p bears no responsibility.
All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 999p does not accept third-party deposits and will refund and report any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source in accordance with AML obligations.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be completed for withdrawals exceeding PKR 50,000 or as determined by 999p's AML compliance procedures; (b) any active Bonus Balance wagering requirement must be satisfied prior to withdrawal; (c) withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered in the Account holder's own name and matching KYC documentation on file.
Standard withdrawal processing timelines are: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within 1 hour; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) — within 1 business day; USDT TRC20 — within 24 hours. VIP-tier Account holders may receive expedited processing as detailed in VIP programme terms.
999p reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of additional identity verification checks, AML review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Players will be notified of any such hold and the reason for it within a reasonable timeframe.
6.1 All gaming and betting activities on 999p are governed by these Terms and, where applicable, the specific rules of each game or sports market. Game-specific rules are displayed within the game interface or are accessible from the relevant product page on the platform.
6.2 Bets and gaming wagers, once confirmed and accepted by the platform, are final and cannot be reversed or cancelled by the Player except where explicitly permitted by the applicable product rules (such as cash-out features on eligible sports bets).
6.3 In the event of a technical error, system failure, or communication disruption that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 999p reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Gaming Balance. 999p is not obligated to honour the result of any game or bet where a verifiable error has occurred.
6.4 With respect to sports betting, including cricket and PSL markets, 999p sets odds at its sole discretion. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet has been accepted at a confirmed odds value, that odds value is fixed for the duration of that bet.
6.5 999p reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. Maximum payout limits applicable to specific markets are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be updated from time to time.
6.6 Where 999p's platform identifies irregular or suspicious wagering patterns — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, the use of automated betting software, or coordinated wagering across multiple accounts — 999p reserves the right to void affected bets, restrict Account access, or terminate the Account in accordance with Section 4.
7.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 999p are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional terms specific to the applicable promotion, as communicated at the time of the offer.
7.2 Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, shared, or combined with another Player's bonus entitlement.
7.3 Bonus funds are held separately from real-money Gaming Balance. Unless otherwise specified in promotion-specific terms, real-money Gaming Balance is wagered first; Bonus Balance is not used until the real-money Gaming Balance is reduced to zero.
7.4 Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion. Bonus funds and bonus winnings that remain subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements at the expiry of the promotion period will be forfeited without compensation.
7.5 Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. A game contribution schedule is provided for each applicable promotion. As a general guide: live casino table games typically contribute 10–20% per PKR wagered; slot games typically contribute 100%; game shows and arcade games may contribute at varying rates as specified per promotion.
7.6 999p reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players where practicable. In no event shall 999p be liable for any loss of anticipated bonus value resulting from the modification or withdrawal of a promotion.
7.7 Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including opening multiple Accounts to obtain multiple welcome bonuses, or using bonus funds in a manner intended to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and winnings and may lead to permanent Account closure.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999p platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in, at minimum, immediate Account suspension and may result in forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 999p is committed to operating a gambling platform that promotes safe and responsible gaming behaviours among its player base. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible at any time through the Account settings menu.
9.2 Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
9.3 Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits, capping the maximum net loss permitted within the specified period. Once a loss limit is reached, further real-money wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
9.4 Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations. 999p will provide a notification when the session limit is approached and will automatically end the session upon expiry.
9.5 Self-Exclusion: A Player who wishes to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the 999p platform may request self-exclusion through the Account settings or by contacting 999p support directly. Self-exclusion periods of one week, one month, six months, one year, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, 999p will take all reasonable technical steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform and will refrain from directing marketing communications to that player.
9.6 999p reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on an Account where it identifies patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling behaviour, without requiring the explicit consent of the player.
10.1 All content on the 999p platform — including but not limited to the 999p brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of 999p or is licensed to 999p by third-party rights holders. All rights are reserved.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999p platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, modifying, distributing, commercially exploiting, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on any 999p platform content or software.
10.3 Use of the 999p brand name, logo, or any other platform intellectual property in any manner not expressly authorised by these Terms is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999p shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 999p has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.2 999p's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in your 999p Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 999p makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled downtime may occur without prior notice.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable law.
12.1 In the event of any dispute or complaint regarding the platform, your Account, a bet outcome, a payment, or any other matter, you must first submit your complaint in writing to 999p's support team via live chat or email at [email protected].
12.2 999p shall acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Complex disputes may require a longer investigation period, in which case 999p will notify you of the extended timeframe.
12.3 If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction following 999p's formal complaint response, you may escalate the dispute to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 999p's operating licence authority, in accordance with the procedures of that body.
12.4 You agree that the decisions of 999p regarding the outcome of any game, bet, or technical determination — made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and applicable game rules — shall be final and binding, subject only to the dispute escalation process described in this Section.
13.1 999p collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and 999p.
13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of Account management, payment processing, KYC and AML compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications where you have provided consent.
13.3 999p will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Personal data is shared with third parties only as necessary to provide platform services (including payment processors and game providers) or as required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
14.1 999p reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Player rights or obligations — 999p will provide at least fourteen (14) calendar days' advance notice by posting a notice on the platform, sending an email to registered Account holders, or both.
14.2 Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to comply with applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
14.3 It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of 999p following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999p holds its operating gaming licence. For the avoidance of doubt, no aspect of these Terms shall constitute an acknowledgement that online gambling is legal or regulated in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
15.2 Players are responsible for satisfying themselves regarding the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction before registering an Account or placing any bet. 999p makes no representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in Pakistan or any specific territory.
15.3 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to the internal dispute resolution process set out in Section 12 before any external proceeding is commenced.
